History

The story of the Bosna started already in 1949 when Zanko Todoroff from Bulgaria first started to grill sausages and put them into toasted bread.

One year later he was able to afford the small shop next to the “Getreidegasse” where “The Balkan Grill” is still located.

Nowadays the “Fleischerei Walter” (a butchers shop) owns the business. Mrs. Exner is still the boss of the shop and grilles daily up to 2000 sausages.
